According to regulations describing Nutrient Content Claims and Health Claims for Raw Fruits, Vegetables, and Fish (61-Federal Register, Sec. VIII, par. 28), the placement of nutrition labels on fresh produce packages is voluntary. The FDA highly recommends placing Nutrition Facts on a package if a nutrition claim is made. Important note about "Serving sizes":   Please note that the "Servings per container, section of the nutrition label has been left  blank -- as servings per container needs to be calculated according to your actual package size.  See the "servings per container" calculation box provided on this page.
